A blockchain revolution in digital cash for Vanuatu, the world’s most disaster-prone country: FSC Cash and Markets Working Group partner Oxfam supported more than 35,000 people to recover from triple crises of Cyclone Harold, Volcano Yasur’s eruption and COVID-19 that left 160,000 people –nearly half the country’s population –in need of humanitarian assistance.
